Evenings with Dr. Prashant Kakode

Dr. Prashant Kakode, has spent the last 18 years understanding and teaching holistic principles of life, health and consciousness. The past eleven years, his research and interest has been in the areas of attitudes, emotions, stress and health. 'The concept of Total Health' was presented to the World Health Organization in 1994. He has spoken at various national and international health conferences and has given talks and programs in more than 60 countries including United Nations in Geneva. He is an ENT Surgeon and the Director of the Center for Integral Health in Cambridge, UK.

Science of Happiness:

Studies in Positive psychology give us beautiful insights into what makes us happy.    Surprisingly, observations show that what makes us happy is often contrary to our commonly held believes about happiness.  The talk and the follow up events are aimed to explore scientific and spiritual insights to the path of Happiness.

Explore the powers that are the source of our well-being, powers that come from inside the self and are of long term benefit: love, happiness, forgiveness, and silence. Unconditional love opens new and unlimited horizons.

We will explore the huge benefits of learning to be kind to myself. There will be sharing on the topics, conversations, writing, reflection, meditation, creative expression and lots of fun.

  • Experiencing my higher self and the Source of Love and creating healthy boundaries
